What helps you to stay positive?
Daily conscious decisions to be positive no matter what. Allow no negativity whatsoever to remain in your mind … If they do come in then let them, but then direct them out through the back door, and NEVER EVER SERVE THEM TEA, OTHERWISE THEY HANG AROUND FOREVER!

How are you spending your free time in quarantine?
Yoga, meditation, lots and lots of study, my instruments and walks in quiet, healing nature

Have you developed any new hobbies during the quarantine time?
I have many interests, but I plan to go deeper with them.

What are some changes you have had to make to your home life to accommodate working from home?
I meditate more.

What do you like most about online learning/teaching?
Everything. It is a steep but a good learning curve for me.

What do you like least about online learning/teaching?
I miss the exchanges that normally occur in class.

What is something you now realise that you took for granted before the COVID19 pandemic?
Time is precious and whoever and whatever one loves should be either told or done now, not tomorrow!
